Technical processors

To deliver emails we use Resend Inc. (San Francisco, United States). This involves a transfer to the United States; Resend applies standard contractual safeguards (DPA, encryption in transit and at rest).

Your rights

In the event of a dispute, you may refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern.
